Each t-shirt and hoodie in our store is made just for you after you place an order. This means we don’t keep products in stock, and each design is printed individually to ensure the highest quality. While the wait time might be a bit longer, we guarantee you’ll receive a product tailored to your expectations, crafted with care for every detail. Thank you for your patience and support of our sustainable, unique production process!

We typically ship orders within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email with a tracking link once your order is dispatched. Delivery time is usually 2-5 business days. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the United States can take additional 7 – 12 business days.


Return Policy

#### Returns and Complaints

1. **Right to Return Without Providing a Reason**
– In accordance with applicable law, a Customer who is a Consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the day they receive the ordered goods.
– To exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, the Customer must inform us of their decision by making a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email).
– The Customer may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

2. **Effects of Withdrawal from the Contract**
– In the event of withdrawal from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from the Customer, including the costs of delivery (except for the additional costs arising from the Customer’s choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us).
– Reimbursement will occur promptly and, in any event, not later than 14 days from the day we are informed of the Customer’s decision to withdraw from the contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment that the Customer used for the initial transaction, unless the Customer has expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, the Customer will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
– We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or the Customer has supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.

3. **Returning Goods**
– The Customer should send back or hand over the goods to us promptly, and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which they informed us about the withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if the Customer sends back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
– The Customer will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
– The Customer is only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

4. **Size Chart Recommendation**
– To avoid unnecessary returns due to incorrect size selection, we encourage you to use the size chart available on each product page. Carefully reviewing the size chart will help you make the right choice and minimize the risk of needing to return the goods.
